Send Us Your Flowers

Your flowers can be fresh or dried.

Fresh flowers: Please send them to us within 48–72 hours after your ceremony for the best results.

If you cannot send them immediately: Let the flowers sun dry naturally and then send them to us.

How to pack your flowers:

Wrap the flowers in newspaper or tissue paper.

Pack them in a corrugated cardboard box.

Avoid using plastic bags or containers, as they trap moisture and can damage the flowers.

Don't worry if your flowers have dried—the petals still hold their natural pigments, allowing us to beautifully preserve their memories.

We Receive & Prepare Your Flowers

Once we receive your flowers, we contact you using the details provided on the courier box and assign you an order number.

We then discuss the keepsake or product you'd like to create and guide you on the options that will work best with your flowers. Meanwhile, the petals are carefully sorted, preserved, and safely stored until your order is confirmed.

From start to finish, we keep you informed and help bring your floral memories to life.
