1. Shipping Information

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders across India.
  • COD Orders: Subject to a separate COD fee, which will be added at checkout.
  • Minimum Order Value: Free shipping applies to orders with a minimum value of Rs. 3000/-. For orders below Rs. 3000/-, a shipping charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed and dispatched faster than COD orders.
  • COD Orders: Will be verified post-purchase before dispatch.
  • Technical Issues: Prepaid orders are given preference in case of overbooking due to technical issues.

4. Delivery Time

  • Within India: Products are delivered within 10-15 working days from the ordered date, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@mulya.co.in.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order details upon placing it.
  • Tracking Information: A separate email with a tracking link will be sent once your order is dispatched.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before dispatch, the entire order amount, including any delivery charges, will be refunded.
  • Lost in Transit: If an order is lost in transit by us, the full amount, including delivery charges, will be refunded.
