Refund policy

At Mulya, we offer free and hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the request form and send the product back to our studio. Ensure the return package includes your full name and order ID, and securely attach the following address:

Important Notes:

  • Return Pickup: We do not arrange pickups for returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Sale Products: Items purchased during sales are non-refundable. You may exchange them for another product or receive a coupon code of equal value.
  • Courier Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For refunds, we will only refund the product's cost, excluding shipping. For exchanges, you will receive a unique code for the returned product's value, excluding shipping costs.
  • Processing Time: Refunds can take up to 10 days from the delivery date to appear in your account. Exchanges may take up to 20 working days from when we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds and COD Orders: Refunds are available only for prepaid orders. For COD orders, you will receive a coupon code of the product's value, valid for 30 days. We do not process refunds for COD orders.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2-3 days of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If we need to cancel an order, we will notify you via email and process any applicable refunds in a reasonable time frame.
